Absolutely the worst place for customer service. Cureleaf system is so much more efficient. Never gotten out of there in less than twenty five or thirty minutes.
It actually creates stress on you. You’re supposed to be going to get your weed to calm down, but it increases the stress level unbelievable. I think everyone should boycott this place until they get better customer service.Hire more people and figure out a better system.
I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at this location. Despite placing my order online and arriving before 8:25 PM, I found the doors locked. The employee informed me that he couldn’t let me in because he wasn’t paid to stay overtime, but it wasn’t even 8:30 PM yet.
What’s more frustrating is that the employee was meticulously locking the door after every customer, ensuring that no one could enter, even though the stated closing time hadn’t arrived.
As a customer who had taken the time to place an order online, I expect to be able to pick it up during the advertised hours. This location failed to meet my expectations, and I hope they reconsider their closing procedures to avoid disappointing other customers employee states its too much work no matter if its walk in or pick up order
No receptionist in the lobby with a dozen patients waiting to be checked in, 2 staff attending patients in the consultation room. Patients feel it’s on them to safeguard their spot in line, and express checkout is meaningless because the wait is long enough your name drops off automatically before you can even get an associate’s attention.
This is a breeding ground for escalating chaos. For a dispensary, the last thing you feel in there is relaxed. Tensions are high and the atmosphere is volatile – someone got verbally accosted and accused of cutting the line by multiple people for going up to the receptionists counter and raising their hand when an associate finished with a patient. Like they got on her and the staff barely intervened. Patients are allowed to be harassed and the mob mentality freaking sparked and went from 0-60 in no time the last, and very last, time I was there – the lobby might as well be outside if they lack the control.
If you have 3 hours out of your day to kill waiting, then this is your place. I’ve never had this experience while picking up an online order anywhere else. This location shouldn’t even exist and probably won’t for much longer lol. I used to prefer trulieve over Curaleaf (which is across the street) but now I’ll make sure I only order from Curaleaf. Sitting in a near empty lobby for 35 minutes now with not a single person to greet me or check me in, and it happens every single time.
I love shopping at this location. The new rewards program is the best, and I’m always satisfied with my purchases. Abigail, Christina, Karen and Zach are always helpful and friendly. I would definitely recommend to others.
