Everything is great if you’re a completely able bodied person. If you need assistance opening the door or you’re in a wheel chair find a different place. The building is on an incline and the door that does have a button. But it never works and the door weighs a ton. This is a huge ADA violation and it’s disappointing that a place that’s helping so many people doesn’t give a second thought to 15% of the American population. I plan on coming back soon and I hope the door is fixed. I understand they can’t just level the parking lot to fix the incline. But they can at least attempt to care about their customers and fix the heavy door so people in wheelchairs and other mobility assistance devices can get in without having to struggle and have other customers run to help you open the door.
So I went to Trulieve Sebastian 11/3 and filled my script. Coming to my replenish date 12/8 I spoke with my doctor and was told I only purchased an 1/8. Long story short Trulieve employee incorrectly entered something which conflicted with the BioTrack system introduced by the state in October. Now that event is going into some sort of investigation. Then I’m told that after the correction is made is when my renewal date begins again. I’m 72 yrs old amputee above the knee with severe phantom pains. Now over a mistake on Trulieve’s part I will be out of medication for another 35 days. I already ran out before my script renewal. This mistake costs me 35 days of suffering. Never again will I ever enter a Trulieve.
This is my favorite dispensary to go to. The prices are always affordable, and there is a nice atmosphere in the lobby. I always feel comfortable coming here. You can pre-order or be a walk-in. If you are not sure what you need and need advice, they are more than willing to accommodate you. My anxiety, headaches, and nausea are a lot easier to handle. Highly recommend 🥰
