Very pleased of with my first experience. Placed an online order, it was ready in less then 20 minutes. When I came in, I’m new, don’t even have my card yet, but a print out of my approval email, Jack greeted me. He made my experience hassle free, quick, and I felt very comfortable. Sometimes when you’re new to something it can cause me to become nervous, but with Jeff, I felt like it was a judge free zone. He knew an answer to all my questions. I’ll definitely will be returning to this location & I don’t even live in Tampa! I’d come back just for some insight from Jack & the amazing staff! 10/10

This specific truelieve didn’t inform me of my first time discounts and my 75$ credit. I was actually informed of that info by a different truelieve location and before anyone says it could’ve been a mistake this specific location informed the guy next to me about his $75 credit so they definitely pick and choose because he got his card back in October I just got mine in November
This boutique store is Fast and friendly. Always with a good suggestion. I have had Jack help me and I was very satisfied with my products so happy to have this quick stop in.
SUPER AMAZING AND KNOWLEDGEABLE STAFF!! No longer dealing with the dated medical marijuana doctor office theme, This place comes alive with incredible displays and had an awesome atmosphere! Placed a pickup order and was reminded about my points and was able to get not ONE but TWO extra Roll one Prerolls for less than $5.00. The staff truly cares and it shows!
