I had a great experience here more than once . The gentleman at the front desk with the 7/8 tunnels and red hair is extremely helpful and informative remembering what I like as I walked in. The bud tender, Donny is very good at his job both in knowledge and customer service being both polite while giving me important information to help with my decision. I have never gone somewhere where they read the harvest dates to me without me asking. This place has the best deals on higher end flower brands on their smalls I would definitely come here.
The people are great but the prices are crazy. I don’t think the prices are crazy on the actual product but they do get you on the tax. The ATM machine there will charge you a fee pf 3.50 and then an additional charge of 2.00 for the ATM service charge fee. For NYE, they had a buy 1 get 1 free and one was $48 and the other was $35…. My total came out to $120+ …. THAT IS INSANE.
Been going to Harvest for almost 3 years. All of a sudden they get bought out by Trulieve & the change is noticeable. I don’t know how the employees feel, but as a customer, I hate it. So much in fact that I’ve decided to change dispensaries. You all had great business practices & provided loyal customers with tangible rewards. What once felt like a warm & welcoming environment, now feels like a medical center for cannabis. Drab, dull, & heinous.
Prices are twice as expensive as other places. Even with the deals you don’t save because other stores have deals too. Only giving 2 stars because employees were nice. We to a different store down the street.
This place used to be great now it’s way to expensive and today went in to pick up an order guy tells me they can’t use my vet discount or senior discount and it’s cash only I asked why they don’t post they can’t take cards “oh they sent out an email” I didn’t get an email he goes “they sent it to the employees” so I didn’t pick up my order and went to one of the 8 dispensaries close by got a bogo and my discount totally clueless guy helped me no sorry it’s cash only just an attitude he could care less if anyone shops there
