I’ve been a loyal customer for years, but I was really disappointed with my recent experience. I purchased a CAM disposable that completely stopped working after just 13 hours—and I hadn’t even used it yet. When I tried to return it, I was told I couldn’t because I didn’t have the receipt. However, I had a printout of the charge from my bank as proof of purchase. They also suddenly brought up additional return policies that were never mentioned at checkout. It felt like they were doing everything possible to avoid giving a refund, store credit, or even an exchange. Really frustrating and disappointing customer service.
Still continue to love this store. It’s right off the freeway on my way into the city. Great people and service. Boytoy loves it as well. Always treated kindly. From the nice security officers to staff and the product is excellent and varied. From flower to the best of waxes. Though I’m partial, I’ve even tried the drinks.. DELICIOUS!! Highly recommend by me. A++
The staff is always super kind, happy and friendly. They have A++ customer service. I love the products, always good low price and high quality products!! I get my flower, edibles and wax from there! Also brought a few nails love them for my pieces! They have bongs and pipes as well. I highly recommend! I travel around 15-25 mins to get to this location! Worth every trip!
Honestly, I’ve been coming to this location for years now and I’ve just been neglecting to leave a review because I always have a good time when it comes to the bartenders. With that being said, little things like not knowing that the ATM is down until after I’ve already checked in. Super inconvenient. Also not being able to split payments between cash and card. It’s 2024. I’m not trying to be a jerk but that’s super basic. This seems to be the only cannabis club in Sacramento that is not modernized
I’m from an illegal state and it was my first time in a real California dispensary and my experience was great! Andrew was very friendly and assisted me in figuring out what I want from the huge array of products. And DAMN it was cheap compared to when I go down to Illinois for weed! Overall a perfect first dispo experience thanks to the lovely security guard, front desk man, and helpful employees.
