Best quality service from the bud tenders in the capital district ! 💯 I’ve got plenty of storefronts to choose from in my area but I Always make the trip to Union Street for Upstate- no matter where I am in Schenect or Alb. Jermey and Nick are the best bud tenders in the game, every time I go there I go to one of them for suggestions. Also hands down best priced storefront within the area too💯💯 same stuff for $30 here will be average $40-45 at the other establishments. Definitely consider this my favorite dispo 😌
First time in person rec purchase in NY! Very glad to have chosen Upstate Canna Co as my first try. The drive was a bit, about an hour but the service speed and kindness were worth it. Service at the front was prompt, private and polite. The interior of the store was secured from the front reception area which I appreciate immensely. I did a walk in and was in in less than 5 minutes. Jeremy S was a super budtender. I came with some knowledge from the medical side of cannabis but am totally new to the rec market. I had one I came in mind with and he guided me to 3 additional purchases. He let me know of the sales, his personal favorites and suggestions based on my preferences. I was able to see demos and smell/inspect each of the bud prior to purchase which is always a treat! Doing any shopping around the holidays can be hit or miss but this was the highlight of my day. Thank you Jeremy and Upstate Canna Co for making the process as normal and ‘newbie’ friendly as possible. Definitely will return for future purchases!
I used to go here because it was the only dispensary available by me. I am so glad other dispensaries have opened up around the area. Some of the employees are super friendly but there are some that look miserable to be there and can be rude. They do not show you the items in the bag of what you just ordered so you just have to hope it’s correct.
I highly recommend traveling to Cannabicity, 220 Harborside Dr right by the Schenectady casino. Super friendly, they show you what it is in the bag and they have a reward system.
Cheapest eighths in the area. Poorest customer service in the area.
I get that it’s still a job, but these people have the demeanor of bill collectors. Everyone has a habit of making you feel like you’re annoying them even when you are straight to the point and ask for exactly what you want.
Also, stop with the “no deals allowed” bullshit. As a business, you have full control over your prices. Every dispensary offers deals other than you.
Just be straight up and say you don’t do deals because you feel your prices are competitive enough.
People appreciate transparency.
