After driving almost 2.5 hours to visit URB I am beyond happy with the product selection and availability! The amazing service of Shawn E was crucial to our visit and we couldn’t have gotten what we needed. He spent a large amount of time with my mom and I without any rushing which is an amazing thing for the service industry. We’re relatively new to this all of this, and Shawn made the overwhelming selection very accessible. He was knowledgeable on the product and that helped immensely. We would’ve been lost without his help!

Emma T. Was FANTASTIC today. She went above and beyond, telling me all about the different products and searching for specific strains and flavors for me. She was patient as I went back and forth about what I wanted and she even helped me avoid a strain I wouldn’t have liked as much as the one I ended up getting based on my earlier conversation with her. She made me feel respected and like my overall experience and later enjoyment really mattered to her. Cannot recommend her enough, and I’ll definitely be asking for her by name when I come in.
