Came in with a product I had purchased I was having problems with. All I was told is in every batch of vapes they get in there’s always a “bad” one and they won’t do anything after 24 hours. Absolute crap and so disappointed. We used to love this store. Will be taking our business elsewhere.
Good rotation of good brands, I always love going there! It’s turning into a Niverville Gem! I always recommend Tribal brand, but there’s so many good ones now.
I came in on a weekend and was looking forward to purchasing some new items. I was ignored by the lady that was working for a good 10 mins when I was finally helped
Marlena was her name was not very helpful she seemed like she was annoyed by my question and was trying to rush me out of the store. My visit was a horrible experience, and I would rather drive to the city to purchase my idem then go back
I used to feel so uncomfortable here, but I’ve grown to love it. There are 2 employees specifically that absolutely liven up the place. Every time I walk through the door and see them working I get SO excited. They’re so incredibly friendly and make the bright and spotless place feel more like home. They’ve gotten much better at rotating stock and there’s often something I like there now!
This place is the best! They always recommend the best products! I will be going here so long as they are open for business!
You guys rock! Every staff member will treat you with respect and dignity. No matter your needs. Anything from a pain in your knee, to you want to just get toasted. They have your back.
