I stopped by just to get some medicine and wound up chatting with Jade about migraines. Turns out she had a great solution for me! I’m so excited to try it out and see if it works. The store was beautiful and everyone was very nice. They have a lot of options, too!
Mariah and Adam always make this location such a delight to visit. Thanks guys for being warm friendly knowledgeable and professional. It is always clean and products are always exactly as described. Thanks Mariah for making this place great managers keep great teams 😁
Urban Wellness is where you go when you buy your bud for the experience. I appreciate the professionalism they bring to the industry, while also remaining personable at the same time. Their employees are knowledgeable, and they don’t make me feel dumb when I may not know what I want- or pressure me into buying top price products just because theyre the most profitable. For once, I felt it was worth paying $35 for a half gram of budder. Thanks Urban Wellness!
If I could leave 10 Stars then I would leave 100! This place goes above and beyond in customer service. I came in received amazing service from the staff. After going to leave I realized I had locked my keys in my vehicle. I went back in and Sam said he could help. He left on his lunch break and returned with a tool to help me get back into my vehicle within minutes! Truly grateful for the amazing help and service!
First time visiting this location. Greeted very nicely and professionally by Cassandra. Also assisted very nicely and professionally by Adam. Quick, easy, and I walked out with exactly what i needed. No pushy sales or nonsense. Will definitely be returning. Very welcoming location. Thank you guys!
