The whole staff team is amazing. I love to go in, describe the high im looking for, and let the staff make recommendations. Helpful when navigating their huge menu! Overall, very knowledgeable team, great customer service, and fantastic prices. They go above and beyond to find the best product for each person. Shout out tony and Aaron especially, but the entire team is incredible!
I love this Value Buds. The staff is friendly, happy to answer and questions you have. This location has a great vibe and I love the selection of edibles. They always have what I’m looking for and there’s never a long wait. The location is convenient too!
Was walking through the parking lot one day as I was going to catch the bus to campus and a value buds employee tried to intimidate me and my girlfriend by revving the engine of her car and driving really close up behind us. When she got out of her car she proceeded to engage with us by yelling and coming closer to us. She then felt the need to make fun of us for walking and taking the bus, all because we didn’t have a car. It’s not illegal to walk through a parking lot, charging a pedestrian is. She had no signal and we had no clue where she was trying to go, she just thought it was appropriate to do what she did (apparently we were supposed to read her mind and know where she was going).
Will never go here again, totally unprofessional and rude. After yelling at us she then felt ready to go clock in for her shift. Horrible experience, horrible people. If you want actual good service and good people to help you, go to Ronin cannabis across the street, love it there. Value buds needs to do better.
idk why the guy at the counter wasn’t really friendly tonight, kinda ruined the vibe because we only just started going here weekly for the prices and product selection but this has kinda turned me off for a bit :/
People that work here can’t even recommend a decent pre roll? 0 sales skill or effort. Won’t be back.
