Ordered a cartridge ahead and sent my partner to pick up. They lost the order so my partner called me to confirm what I wanted. Dude behind the counter tells my partner to be “more prepared for the next time. This is why I preordered. Apparently they could not handle the stress of a otherwise empty, cheap looking dispensary.
Store itself has great pricing and tons of variety. Some of the male staff are a little self absorbed and over confident in their abilities but if you can ignore that, it’s a pretty good place to score!!
Disposable didn’t work won’t refund me it was last night I hit it twice. Palmetto Disposable. Lost a customer over 20$. After taking the cart apart and reattaching the wires it works but I’m still super mad never throwing out a receipt from these people again.
For the most part and they’re pretty knowledgeable on the best person to deal with in these short stocky guy with the beard and wears a ball cap all the time his name escapes me at this moment but yeah I took the advice of a gentleman that are on a vape and it’s terrible but maybe just he thought it was good for him
This store has the most honest, friendly, down to earth, kind people you could ever ask for as employees. Everyone is so knowledgable, especially working in a high-stress, high-traffic, dangerous location in Hamilton. Chantelle, Cody, Travis, Kierra, and everyone should be recognized, valued and rewarded for their impeccable service. It’s been consistently good for a long time, which means great management too. Please keep this momentum going!!!
