I go here everyday. The staff are always super friendly, and very knowledgeable about the product compared to every other place I’ve been too.

ID’d while I was looking at the list in the store rather then waiting for me to come up to the till – I said I haven’t ordered yet – he said I need to show my if I’m going to be in the store – I’ve been coming to value buds for about 3 years and this has NEVER happened and I’m at this location 3-4 times a week. If this is the case, yall can stand at the door and ID everyone – not just pick and choose and profile – I’m 30.. this is absurd. Really lessening the experience – was then ID’d AGAIN at the till. The manager here is cracked, Tracy needs to improve the customer experience and stop the accessible I’d’ing, it’s beyond frustrating

Avoid if you want decent service…. 18 year old teenagers with attitude and absolutely no training in cannabis or customer service. Will never visit this location what an absolute waste of time. I went in to spend hundreds of dollars on the most expensive concentrates available and left with nothing simply because the incompetence of the employees. I wonder how much business the company losing because of the minimum wage employees. I’ll go to numo much better experience and staff are actually friendly and don’t mock how you say the concentrates on there menu cause they ignorant and lazy.
