walked in the freezing cold only to find a locked door with a sign saying “back in 15 minutes” and no they weren’t back. very unprofessional and a great way to lose money lost at least $100 from me and I wasn’t the only one who showed up to this. hope you go out of business soon idiots keep it up 👍

BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER I HAD AT THE CANNABIS STORE.
Went there few times before whenever i come down to Windsor and this time i met with the employee with curly black hair, tall and skinny.
She was rude and when I asked my first question nicely she didn’t explain well and kinda give me a look for asking that question about one of the vaporizer which she shouldn’t when the customer is asking her nicely.
And i wanted to leave and asked for the pre-rolls. She didn’t have the patience and She was Rude Rude. I asked her a question and her reply was very condescending, said “r u taking that or not”without knowing what is what i do not want to buy for sure.I asked her do u have any problems. She laughed and looked away:)I told her i am done and wont buy anything and i left.
I called to the store to talk to manager. She answered the ph and told me she is the manager but she didn’t tell me it was her and ofc I remember the voice i just talk with. Should do sth or u guys will just keep losing ur loyal customers :))
The staff, including a friendly gentleman with long hair was not only knowledgeable about their products but also genuinely passionate about helping me find the right options for my needs. The store had a welcoming atmosphere, and I felt comfortable browsing their wide selection of high-quality products. The prices were cheap.
