The staff here is absolutely incredible! They are kind, knowledgeable, honest, and genuinely helpful. Today, I had the pleasure of working with Zachary D., who was extremely helpful. I asked for a recommendation based on my needs, and he not only explained the best product for me but also showed it to me and detailed why it was the ideal choice. He even suggested alternative options in case the cost was a concern. I’m sad to see them move locations, but they’re so amazing that I’ll definitely be following them there!
The staff are easily the best part of the entire experience every single time I visit. Everyone’s so down to earth and friendly, and they’re super knowledgeable about the multitude of sales and how to make them work best for you. The product is sometimes not the highest quality on the market, but the sales make up for any dryness or overcuring that you might come across. I can’t justify buying the flower at its normal retail prices because I can get a better bang for my buck on the black market, but the sales and customer service make it worth the trip every now and again. I have been a patient at the Amherst location for many years. Throughout the years I have always had the best customer service. I wanted to mention Francine and Lea. They have worked with me to find the best products to help with my medical issues. Francine is so very knowledgeable and with her conferring with pharmacist Lea, I feel confident with their suggestions. Both are great to work with. Both make me feel confident with their recommendations. Your location is so convenient for me. If I ever have questions, I know if I run over to the Northpoint location, they both will always take the time to explain, recommend and help me. Thank you ladies.
Megan was very knowledgeable and courteous and understanding of which strands that I was Wanting between the strands that I was needing like for my pain and my PTSD. I would like to consider myself a marijuana connoisseur. Megan is definitely the person you want to ask as many questions as you can. While you’re there and you have her lol she is extremely knowledgeable, Passionate about what she does, And is great and explaining it and name in terms where you can understand it! Five stars will definitely be coming back! And also among great prices, I will also be sending friends and family Verilife!! I also 100% love knowing exactly what I am putting in my body or consuming. I think that should be the major highlight of this. There’s just as good of pot the right way then getting it off the street or another pop-up recreational store that doesn’t really know what you’re doing.
I had my first trip to Verilife today! I was greeted instantly and was taken care of in a very timely manner. The calm and friendly atmosphere was a good vibe and especially good vibes from Sabrina! who informed me on the great deals they have to offer.
