Greatly disappointed…they have changed the scales “recalibrated”. So the weights have been down graded, some changes shouldn’t happen. This is one of the . hey matt if ur still around and want so customers hit me up, Vermont patients alliance you should be ashamed of ur self…..zen barn too…..terrible

If you are a medical patient here in Vermont I would encourage you to visit the VPA. Coming from Burlington, I was worried that the distance would outweigh any benefit. I was happily proven wrong with the down to earth, knowledgeable and courteous staff that I met there. That, combined with better pricing than anywhere (rec/med) local to me, made it a superb experience.

I went into v.p.a today and I have to say I am not feeling good about these changes… I go in when matt was there and could easily full 3 jars today I got 28g which filled 2 jars, little lite much? the jars I’m speaking of are quarter ouch jars to the top now I got just barely 2 something isn’t adding up, maybe weight should be done infront of the customers. In Maine they did. I pay for my medical card and am a pain patient who depends on this and when u get shorted like that I could get better from the street. I hope they figure it out cause this isn’t right. I have given V.P.A good reviews for yrs……not now.well I went back and they reweighed it. It was short and the ladies were kind and helpful in fixing the issue, I still don’t understand why the Oz is so much less than the last one and every other oz I have gotten there has always filled three jars now it fills two but barely I don’t think that matt and everyone else was over filling the bags scale’s can be calibrated any kinda of way .I don’t think that they r being honest with the patients, patience alliance used to be a 5 stars place, now I’ll say 2 and that’s being generous…
