Absolutely wonderful people work there and they’re customer service skills are outstanding.
I went to apply for a medical card and they stepped right up and walked me through the process. Couldn’t ask for more than that.
The product selection is expansive with many items to choose from.
I see this business as a possible multi shops entity.
So if you’re out that way take a stop in. I think you will agree with me.
Super awesome people, so nice and gave me so many deals. Decent prices for great product. Definitely going back there again.
If you need a medical dispensary in the Portland area, this is the one to go too! The staff is super super friendly and helpful. And their dog is super cute as well. The space is also very open and lively. And the products are top notch! Definitely will be coming here when I come to Portland again 🙂
I recently had the pleasure of experiencing exceptional customer service at Vice in Portland, ME. I was particularly impressed with the assistance I received from a representative named Amanda.
Amanda’s product knowledge was beyond impressive. She listened attentively to my needs and provided me with valuable information that helped me make an informed decision. Her patience and professionalism were truly commendable.
Thanks to Amanda’s excellent customer service, I will definitely be returning to Vice often in the future. I highly recommend this business to anyone seeking top-notch service.
The location is easy to get to, with ample parking. The store itself is gorgeous inside, bright and spacious and easy to navigate. The staff is friendly and helpful, and their prices are CONSISTENTLY good. A lot of dispensaries are great with one time deals, Vice always has you covered with fair pricing on high quality products. We don’t even bother looking around at other retailers anymore. Also, we think they have great packaging too. 🙂
