We loved Hanna as we are from out of state she answered all our questions and had great recommendations. We appreciated the friendly service and the products available.
A huge shoutout to Ari for always going above and beyond with my orders! Your kindness, expertise, and incredible attention to detail make every experience so seamless and enjoyable. You truly embody exceptional service and are a big reason I keep coming back to Viola. Thank you for all that you do!
Always gotta stop in when downtown before a game or event, viola is the spot, Larry is the man, so nice and his staff is awesome and they always got great deals and selection!!
I had never been to this location before but went for a sale item and I’ll say I won’t be returning. I went out to the parking lot after making my purchase and not 5 minutes later some want to be thug security guard came out to tell me I can’t figure out my GPS “you can’t just sit here like that” the parking lot was almost empty so it wasn’t to make room for anyone. Poor customer service.
Arianna is AWESOME! Attentive, kind, knowledgeable, and sooo friendly! They have a massive selection which is beautifully laid out. 5/5, definitely coming back!
