Selection and customer service is absolutely top notch. I’ve been to enough dispensaries in the state and you guys are definitely top tier. Had a mix up with a standard farms disposable which is kind of misleading was looking for rosin ended up with co2 oil but you guys made it right. Thank you so much
I actually love Vytal but today the guy at the front was mean. I had some procedures and have minimal mobility. I unfortunately was not going to make it before curbside closed but as per request by some employees and called ahead if it’s an emergency and they can do the curbside I called an employee got my information and said they could do it but for me to call once I got there. Pulled up called 7 times no answer. I finally decided after 15-20 min I would just muster the strength and walk in. Guy at the counter was rude saying I never called but I did multiple times. A woman after me comes in and says the same thing and he got loud and rude with her saying “curbside closes at 530 so we don’t do that, have a seat!” Mind you this woman also had a cane and was well into her 60s. I love the rest of the staff but tonight’s experience really hurt me. Just the pure embarrassment of almost falling to actually falling outside because my leg gave out was enough but for him to be so nasty was wrong
They don’t follow the order of who shows up first. Guy intimidated everyone to get in front of line, and they literally let him. Then when I get in, I get called after people who showed up after me. Side note, if you have an issue with your order because of a mistake they made(inaccurate thc percentages online vs in lerson) they won’t fix it
Yikes! This place is usually busy but the wait time is not as HORRIBLE as it was today! There were only 3 budtenders available, on New Year’s Eve!!! People have been waiting for almost an hour!! OR had the same amount of customers, and I was in and out in 10 mins.This is ridiculous! Hire more people!!!
I love this place so much but I’m always scared to come in here and get treated disrespectfully with an attitude. I only recommend three people as the bartenders the big tall gentleman with the long hair, the young gentleman with the Mullick and the lovely lady with the glasses, everyone else there has treated me foully. I was standing in line this morning with another gentleman, and he was explaining to me that he was there the night before, and everybody system went down and the bud tender started getting rude. People need to realize they do not pay us to spend our money if you’re in this profession for a check you might as well get out. It’s customer service 24 seven when it comes to dealing with these situations.the young lady with the orange hair and glasses needs to be retrained and treat everyone as equals. The world is full of different people and they need to learn to accept that
