Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Waiting room is extremely clean and relaxing. Great prices and a point system that saves you $$$ on future purchases. Monday’s are double point days and they have different specials every day.

Used to be a decent place, prices are reasonable the problem I see is they are way understaffed. The waiting times have increased due to this issue, also I can pre order and when I get there I gotta wait at the counter till they fill it . It’s ridiculous they can’t be better staffed. I decided to use my points up last time and I’m not giving them my business no further. I hope more due the same . GET BETTER STAFFED!! 6 counters and 2 of them are open .what a joke 😃
I Cannot say enough good things about vytal Options. The staff are amazing even when issues arise, Molly and The crew are always on point with helping find great deals without sacrificing on terps or quality, and Coming from someone who has broad cannabis knowledge it is nice to go to a dispensary that hires educated and informed staff. You wont Leave here dissapointed, They have always provided the best experience I’ve had in Pennsylvania.
I made the order online. I left crying on my birthday due to their problem. I called to make sure it was received, due to not getting a text just an email saying it was received and ready. I was told it was there. I drove from out of town on my birthday, to get it. Them I’m told there was another “computer glitch” and ” I don’t know what to tell you but you can’t get this.” Along with “we’ve all had a long day ” I was crying due to this place on my birthday.
Update: I reached out, and have been assured this type of issue is in the past. I hope it is. I will wait and see.
