I have been coming to Waukesha CBD for about a year or so now. I have tried many other vendors for many different types of products.
For starters:
1) The shop space is very open, inviting and always super clean! Location is great as there is parking near by, accessible, easy to find and the store is next to many other super great businesses and owners. 🙂
2) One thing that for sure makes Waukesha CBD stand out from the rest is Zach the owner and his furry side kick Lola. Zach from day one has always helped to inform me, guide me for my needs at that time and he has always continued to always research, listen to feed back from customers and reviews because he aims to provide the best products on the market which will provide clean, safe and properly regulated goods regardless of what you are shopping for.
3) The quality of every product I have tried has been a Home Run. Zach is a generous person and takes care of his customers the very best he can. Zach is incredibly knowledgeable, a good conversationalist, friend and is great at truly listening to his customers and their needs and is always able to point them in the right direction.
4) May I also add that Zach himself is not only a great business owner in the Waukesha & Wisconsin community but he also becomes a dear friend.
I can go a month without making it in and Zach is always greeting me and everyone else with a smile and provides amazing customer service, advice and etc EVERY-TIME!
5) Zach always provides a pleasant personal experience while shopping. He is MORE THAN WILLING to take as much time as you need to ask questions and etc. I never once have felt rushed regardless of how many others were shopping also.
I will NEVER stop going to Waukesha CBD nor stop sending friends, family and strangers also because at the end of the day, I know they are in good hands with Zach. 🙂

Lovely shop, you can tell the owner (who I’ve known for a few years) put a lot of work into the space. He takes the time to talk to you about what products may help you. I did not feel rushed or pressured to purchase products that weren’t right for me. He is very knowledgeable and amicable.
Waukesha CBD is the only store I trust and rely upon for my CBD needs. Zach is educated and knowledgeable of all the products available. A great first impression in having a conversation on the what and why I was there. From there, we were able to determine what would be the best options for me.
