I went there yesterday, and I had amazing service. Everyone was very kind and helpful. From the check in desk to the inside staff. A incredible stock and very fair price. I was so well impressed that I felt I had to come here to share my appreciation.
I went to White Fire for the first time this past weekend. I met a sweet, charismatic, young lady Devina while I was checking out who said there was a 30% sale going on. I told her that the individual who helped me when I first walked in didn’t mention this sale to me. Devina was surprised by this and I told her I was a first time customer. She then gave me a tour, explained all prices, merchandise, and what items were on sale. She did this all with a smile and noticed I was wearing a button for breast cancer, asked if I was a survivor. I told her no, I’m wearing it for a friend and I thought that was kind of her to notice and ask. She was super helpful throughout the process and I’ll definitely be returning because of her great customer service. The experience with the first rep was a 3 but her service was a 5.
Today was my first time placing an order and coming to white fire. I did curbside pickup in the morning and it was super fast and easy. Briauna was super friendly and was definitely a great first time experience. I will most definitely be returning again for more raw garden wax and more Jack herer.
I didn’t have a huge amount of interaction time since I placed my order ahead online. However since I was a new member, Alexis gave me a free preroll and I appreciated her extra tips for my next visit. Also, she changed out some items I ordered incorrectly. Definitely will be back here.
Once again I got the best deals at White Fire. I went in with a budget (which I always do) and not only did I received amazing care from Maddy but she pointed out some sales going on which led me to exceed my budget (which i hardly do). Because of Maddy I not only left White Fire extremely happy but got more bang for my buck. Thank you White Fire for having an amazing family.
