I had an incredible experience at WOW. Lan was absolutely fantastic—so knowledgeable, friendly, and genuinely helpful. They took the time to guide me through the options and made great recommendations that suited exactly what I needed. The customer service here is top-notch, and the atmosphere is super welcoming. I’ll definitely be back. Highly recommend!
I used to come here every 2 weeks, however upon a dispute regarding a refund/exchange of a defective product i was told they would not accept an exchange and would rather me eat the cost than them, so for that reason customer service gets a 1 star. They offered 10% off my next purchase however the cartridge was still mostly full-I encouraged the employee to inspect the cartridge to ensure that it had not be dropped or scuffed but ultimately they would rather lose a repeat customer than to take the L. I will not be returning
It should be noted I did not have the receipt, but i could prove the purchase on my banking app.

Weird uncomfortable vibes. Try and cheer up, you’re not el chapo, you’re running an OCS licensed store. No need to try and intimidate customers
The general selection isnt the greatest quality most of there stock is over priced and middle tier. Generally negative experience.
