Extremely unsatisfied. The employee was rude and gave attitude because I asked a question.. the website doesn’t have the same items as the store. Worst I got a cartridge with so much taken out. I know some pens have air bubbles. But this is wayy more than a little bubble… never coming here again. And I was a regular.
I am a regular customer at Yilo because of their great deals and fairly good quality. However, this location is often understaffed (especially on Fridays) and the wait can be excessive. Today while I was waiting, Nate allowed two customers ahead of me to place their medium-sized dog on the counter and allowed it sit there for the duration of the sale (~10 minutes) I found this completely disgusting. Not only should a dog (not a service animal) not be allowed in the store, but to have it literally *sitting* on the counter is nauseating.
Additionally, although it seems like Nate has good intentions interacting abnormally long with customers, it’s very frustrating when it causes a delay for other patients. I understand wanting to be thorough but carrying on 5+ minute conversations with a full lobby feels disrespectful to people’s time.
Moved into the neighborhood and this was the first (and now only) dispo I go to. I visit a few times a week for some sweets and flower, great deals throughout the week to fit almost anyone’s preferences. I highly recommend their brownies or sour watermelon gummies, their batter and sugars are also great… there’s soooo many choices so it’s hard to have a favorite lol!! All the budtenders are AMAZING, they’re all in great moods, knowledgeable and just provide a happy and smooth experience!
Nathan was my bud tender and for once I felt comfortable enough to ask all of the “stupid questions “I’m usually too afraid to ask to figure out which strain is best for me – (straight up mental health-wise best for me). Not only was he so enthusiastic to help me understand strains better, he was seriously so so kind and sweet. Go see Nathan and literally anybody else at this location!
