i made a mobile order for a stizzy cart and when i checked the bag in my car i noticed the security tabs had been tampered with. i didn’t think much of it until i got home and realized the cart been used. the protective rubber piece that is supposed to be on both ends of the cart was missing and the cart was noticeably empty. i’m pretty bummed about this because i am a regular here but i dont think i feel comfortable coming back after this.
Placed an online order and came to get my order because I never got a ready to pick up text/email. Come to find out they cancelled the order because they are completely out of stock. Future reference; at least email your customers that their order was cancelled so they don’t waste their time to assume a pick up of an order.
It’s a legitimate scam, and they’re aware of it by not allowing returns. Doesn’t matter, you ran to the car and found out you just got ripped off(sold me “sungrown” I specifically said indoor) the hostility and embarrassment due the mangers just wanting to yell at me because I called them on they’re scam. Took my 100$ didn’t give me anything, I was escorted to my car by an armed security guard. I thought the legalization of it was supposed to save me from getting robbed.
Order online and life is quick and easy. They always have a good deal too.
After all this time from my original post and nothing has changed. Still amazing!
I’m from out of State but have made a number of trips to Sacramento for family reasons. I’ve been to the Zen Garden 3 times this year and there’s surely no reason for me to go elsewhere. Knowledgeable Bud Tenders and a great variety of products to fulfill anyone’s needs. I’ll definitely be buying some more product quite soon.
