Alexis was great!! Super friendly customer service! I was worried I might need multiple transactions to take advantage of the deals but Alexis was able to apply all discounts at once. She also informed me of the lower taxes in Kane county! Definitely worth the drive!
Parker did a wonderful job offering his expertise in a kind, patient, & knowledgeable manner. He was incredibly helpful and made the customer experience really great. It was a busy night in the holiday season and the entire staff did a great job. Definitely recommend checking out zen leaf due to the great prices (compared to the area) and awesome staff. Alexis was extremely polite with a cheerful energy. She was very knowledgeable and had lots of helpful suggestions! Unfortunately, there was a man in line in front of me who was extremely rude to Alexis and continued to berate her in front of everyone, including the manager; all because he didnt get product for free, when he came up short on money. Regardless of how poorly he treated her, Alexis kept her calm and was very professional. I look forward to seeing her in the store again!
