Just left after what i thought was a pleasant experience, get out to my vehicle and realize they didn’t give me the correct product I asked for. I walk back in and explain to the receptionist and she allows me to go back to the ordering area. I explain my situation and THE EMPLOYEE ADMITS THEY MESSED UP and refused to do anything for me in regards of exchanging it or refunding my money. Will not shop here again
This location is okay. I Highly recommend you to take CASH don’t not use your card use your CASH they will charge you tax plus additional fee for using your card and it’s like a ATM withdraw Flanders you get a fee back of $3.50 on CASH when you do use your card. USE CASH USE CASH USE CASH. Other than the use CASH thing I really like the place I’m never disappointed. I do travel a couple miles to go to this location because I really like the Customer Service. You can take your time and look at some things you might like. I do recommend you go a d give this place a try for yourself Especially if you’re into climbing trees. Not only do they carry Beautiful Flower they also carry a variety of amazing edibles that are just lovely. Keep up the good job Zen Leaf 🍃
How come I get an email from you promoting 2 Savvy 2.83 bags for 30.00 and your inventory shows 0 of anything in stock. If you are going to advertise a sale you should make sure you have plenty in stock. Will you have this product in stock tomorrow?
Just an honest review for anyone. YES there has been a few times I’ve went and waited for a little while to get my product. NO I have never had a bad experience with the staff they’ve always been welcoming and friendly along with respectful. I personally have never had any issues with their inventory being inaccurate. Ohios prices on cannabis are a bit ridiculous and the weights of 8ths aren’t mathematically correct but if you have no other options and you don’t grow it’s all you got. Pricing isn’t 100% the fault of the dispensary. Overall I’d recommend zen leaf to anyone who’s looking to get good product and have no other viable options to do so.
