Listen I always have a great experience and my girl brittany always has service with a smile. Always goes over my order with me and pays attention to details. Gotta love it
Stay away from the good balance disposable vapes. The battery dies faster than ever and charging it only totally ruins the battery. Only got a few hits. Total waste of $30 plus usage tax.
9 registers with only 3 employees working them. Line out the door, each transaction taking about 15 to 20 minutes. You will spend a good chunk of your day waiting so be ready. Such a simple fix, but they’d rather save money on payroll than make their customers happy.
Inviting location with plenty of parking. The security was very nice and welcoming. I was a bit confused once I entered the show room floor. I tried using the large screens to pick out what I wanted but when I was finished with my selection the kiosks would not let me finish. After this I got in line and waited for a customer service rep behind the counter. At the counter I was only asked what I wanted. Without knowing what they have I told them that I had made my selections on the kiosk but it wouldn’t let me finish my transaction. I was then told to take a picture of the kiosk and present it to the service rep. Not the best service experience. I should have mentioned it was my first time, but also feel that a few question other than “what would you like” might have helped everyone. The customers next to me were getting amazing service where the rep was making suggestions and recommendations. I’ll give them another try being that they’re very close to where I live. My first visit just seemed very cold and transactional. I had more interaction and instruction from the security guard than the reps that work there.
I was really impressed with the store setup. Having cash definitely saves time. Excellent selections.👌 The staff is very knowledgeable about the product. I will definitely be back.
