I am beyond disappointed with the level of customer service as well as the effectiveness of being able to call directly to the store to speak with the manager. When you call they send you to a call center instead of directly to the store. Would you my case is very important because I need to speak with the manager of this Riverside location.
A little bit about what happened firstly don’t ever use a debit card at this location they will tell you there is a network error and they will not send you home with your product and you will be out of the money. Upon trying to contact the store directly to speak with the manager I was sent to a call center. Where are there not even really able to help they give you a whole entire run around and then you still have to wait and wait and wait for them to resolve any issue. Which I honestly think it’s ridiculous I think you should be able to call the location personally to speak with whoever works at that location instead of going to some off-site 3rd party call center. I have attempted to dispute this transaction with my bank however the fact that matter that when you make a purchase on your debit card it shows up as an ATM withdrawal and the majority of ATM withdrawals are in increments of tens or twenties not in increments of any odd numbers they aren’t willing to help. So now I feel as if I’ve just been intentionally robbed by whoever worked by saying that there was a network error even though when I showed them proof on my phone that the transaction went through they just shook their heads and golfed at me and sent me out on my way.
The place could use a remodel inside or maybe a little paint felt very low scale inside. As far as the product it was pretty good quality didn’t knock my socks off but it did do what it was intended for. The prices are not their fault it’s Ohios so I won’t base my review on the price I paid. The staff was the saving grace they were very friendly and knowledgeable. I enjoyed just the casual conversation.
They always have fire here and they let my sweet girl come in so in my book they all right😁

Worst Ohio dispensary I’ve been 2 in this area. Ended up not buying anything bcuz they changed the price of the flowered cannabis that I wanted, said that it was put in by error & the price was wrong, wouldn’t even sell me my 2.8 for the price that I saw it at. ($16) tried 2 tell me that it was actually $32 for a 5.something 🙄🫤 I ended up leaving & not buying anything. I will never go here again. & the customer service is terrible. They have som kind of rewards, but when you take you phone out 2 scan the code. Folk started acting like they were about 2 be on Candid Camera or something. SMH 🤦🏾♀️. Worst experience ever, & I’ve been quite a few places.
