1st-time visitor. After checking in Riley greeted me & walked me through the products then put me right next in line (legit ain’t have to wait). Zaire helped confirm my choices and gave details on eating prior + hydrating during, based on dose. Helped me set up zen App to save $ too. Had no expectations but would give 6⭐️ easy.
This is my first visit, and I was greatly supported by Lemuel who attentively helped all my needs. His dedication to go above with the customer service is truly admirable. He genuinely deserves a promotion, thank you Lemuel for your services, hope for more visits and to see you again soon! 5 stars all the way ⭐️
Natasha was Very attentive highly informative and showed excellent patience. I was a little indecisive and she handle it very well and made me feel like I was at a convention learning about the products as they were presented. I ended up with way more for my buck than expected. Between the loyalty program the weekly discounts and the helpful staff Zen leaf is definitely a dispensary for the people.
They have an incredible selection of products, they frequently have great sales, the lines are always short, and the staff is genuinely kind. They also have a loyalty program with a point system you can sign up for with rewards. They have some gem employees on their team that go above and beyond with their customer service and have impressive knowledge about the products.
One experience that stood out to me was with a staff member (I’ll update this review once I catch her name next time!) who not only remembered my face but also the exact product I purchased during my last visit. She even asked for my thoughts on it and was ready with thoughtful recommendations based on my feedback.
