Will was such a pleasure to work with! He had such infectious energy that fed well with mine. He asked me precise questions that helped get me to a choice sooner which I appreciated it. Had to remove my previous 5 star review and update with a new review because the service at this location has declined very quickly. Way too long of a wait these days due to them only having two registers open at a time. I’m assuming it’s in an attempt to get customers to purchase their special club package that includes skipping the line as a one of the main perks. Between the slow customers scrolling through the tablets and asking a ton of questions and there only being two employees who also take their time getting the orders. You can expect to wait in line at least 20-30 minutes before you can get your order. I do not recommend this location anymore.
Wonderful crew! John, Leah, and Trevor were so cool! Holding down the fort during short staffing/evening rush is no small feat. Really nice work being done here.
This is a really nice and bright shop. It’s a great way to end a long Saturday walk. The staff are really knowledgeable and friendly! Also, they have good sales and I like being in their Cabbage Club.
Not only did they over charge me on a sale item as full price, but when I came back to get my refund they gave me “store credit” which isn’t even a real option. Both the budtender and manager (the emo one) were unhelpful and rude…not sure if they completely changed their staff but it was not like this when I shopped here last year. Isaiah would have never treated me like that. I don’t want store credit because I do not plan on spending anymore money here.
