I bought a sour grape 2 G dime cart and when I opened it up the oil had absolutely leaked everywhere and the cartridge was completely empty and the inside of the box was soaked and sticky oil. They refuse to give me a new one and told me that they would give me a discount on house brand carts. I don’t want a discount on carts that I don’t even want, I want what I paid for. I just moved to this area and was trying new dispensaries but I will never go to another Zen Leaf again, I used to go to the one in Chandler by my work but I’m not going there either I would recommend staying far away from this company. Their 3-day policy is nonsense, I bought multiple 2 G carts so of course it’s going to be over three days until I get to the next one

Worked with Darius after making an online order. I had an issue with payment but while I was figuring it out he was patient and understanding while I corrected the issue. He was informative while I asked about the products I bought and answered all my questions. All the other staff seemed very attentive and helpful as well with each customer that entered. I highly recommend this place.

I’ve been coming to this location before it was Zen Leaf and I’ve NEVER experienced a bad visit or product. I’ve even brought a few people in because this is one the best dispensaries I’ve ever been to and I’ve been to quite a few. Keep up the amazing work and wonderful bud tenders!!!! 🥰🥰🥰🥰

Staff was really kind, I tried to order a cart that has been super hard to find at other dispensaries and mistakenly bought the extract instead of the cart for that strain. I didn’t even make it to my car before I noticed. The manager said there was nothing they could do even though it cost the same as the cart version. Completely my error but I have been to multiple dispensaries that are more accommodating with exchanges. I understand why rules like that are in place, but given my situation I feel that better customer service would make me a returning customer.
