Everyone I’ve met that works there so far is really nice. No issue there. So, I always buy the cartridges. Been buying from them for a few years now. This is the second time that the center of the cartridge fell out, which therefore makes it unusable in the words of the manager (Chris). He said once that part falls out, it’s done you can’t put it back in. I brought it in and I still had a little less than half left and The manager said there’s nothing he can do about it since it was “empty”. When you’re spending 80 bucks on a gram and the cartridge falls apart a little more than halfway through.. and it’s the second time this has happened.. that money eventually adds up. I just didn’t appreciate the manager downgrading my problem or the amount I had left like I’m trying to get a freebie. It definitely was not empty or really even close. Even if he just acknowledged it and helped me out on my next purchase that would have been appreciated. But instead, I ate the price of the cartridge for the second time and bought a new one at full price. I don’t believe I’ll be returning. I’ll attach a photo so you can decide how much was left when it broke. After this happening a couple times it overall just makes my whole experience not feel good like, at all.
Side note- not a fan of the self serve kiosk.. If you need help Figuring out what to order how to order there’s nobody there to help you Versus before, I’d walk up to a person and you talk about what you want.
Went here regularly and always had a great experience, then moved away. Back here on vacation and it reminded me how good I had it here. Christopher helped me today and was lovely, but I’ve never had a bad experience with any staff members. Everyone is knowledgeable and able to answer any questions I’ve had. Thank you all! Will stop by next time I’m in the state.
Loved the atmosphere and the staff. The staff truly do make the location memorable as they are very knowledgeable and will recommend their favorites if you ask. I’ll keep coming back
