All great things to say about Christine and Kyle! I was having some trouble with the chip on my card and an issue with my rewards, and they were extremely patient, attentive, and always had a smile on their face! They took their time and really cared to help me out! Always a wonderful experience here 🙂
I needed to use 2 cards and cash for my little order and she was as pleasant and helpful as can be. I was not aware of all that is involved when using a card & she was very thorough in explaining how it works & offered me alternatives all throughout the entire process. Excellent customer service.
It is mind blowing how inefficiently this place operates. I’m literally standing in a line that isn’t moving and am reading all the negative reviews from previous consumers for the same experience. They prioritize everyone except the consumer who is placing an order when they arrive. The last handful of times here, this has been the case and obviously is the new normal. I recommend a different dispensary.
The employees are kind and helpful and knowledgeable. If you’ve never been before, no worries. They will kindly walk you through everything you need to know. The experience is not only painless but they make it pleasant. Love this place and the staff.
