Great service as usual. Fast, knowledgeable, personable, efficient. If only every retail experience I had was this good.
First time coming here as a patient and Thomas listened to all my concerns and what I was looking for and helped me choose some really solid options to help with my health issues. An absolute pleasure to talk to and Thomas is extreamly knowledgeable and helpful. The rest of the staff were very friendly as well and the nice receptionist made filling out my paperwork a breeze. I definitely would recommend this to any patient trying to manage their health issues. I wish I could give it 10 stars out of 5.
Every time I come to this establishment the entire staff is extremely polite, professional, and knowledgeable about the products. Brenda was very pleasant and helpful during my last visit. I’ve been to the other locations in CT but the staff in Waterbury are my favorite.
Terrible Customer Service. I would never return to this establishment for medical or adult-recreational purposes. Very sketchy area for sure.
I typically don’t leave negative reviews and I really wanted to be positive because the people are wonderful but I just can’t. As I said the people that you see face to face are wonderful, but the quality and quantity of product has dropped drastically when adult use started and it has only gotten worse. I understand that the owners need to evolve and grow within the industry, but alienating the people that helped get you there just sucks. Now Waterbury gets renovated and moves to adult use, kind of a slap in the face to your patients that already have a hard time getting what they need.
