I’m a regular customer at Zips SODO for the last 4 years or so and have never any issues when ordering online (even before they got to know me) as other reviewers. There can be lines, especially Fridays, but the tenders keep it moving pretty quickly. I reccomend Zips
I came here after leaving the airport. First time going to a Washington dispensary. Everything I got was on sale and most prices seemed competitive to the inner city. There is a large inventory so it’s hard to see the full selection or get all the recommendations but I am happy for what I paid and what I got. I was hoping to get a bud tender that likes to use concentrates here, they were honest that it wasn’t their expertise, the rosin they found for me were what I wanted tho and the bud and edible they chose for me did not disappoint, I think they did great. Out of state dispensaries sometimes have longer wait times but this place moves quickly, while I would love a place where you have more time to talk about the product, I was not wanting to make my ride share wait long. Perfect first stop and one stop shop for it all, and best experience for low prices.
Long time Zips customer, been going to the one in Everett more often because I moved further north. Pulled up to Zips Sodo and as usual the parking lot is packed. A Nissan Altima with two young, very immature, very disrespectful women were double parked, the parking lot is very tight and there was a big orange truck in the next spot over, I parked but was very close to the truck so I asked them to repark their car a little better, I was verbally assaulted so I clapped back about their beat up 2002 Altima and how the behavior definitely matched the car. I called Zips and asked them to send out security to tell them to park better as they are now literally disrupting Zips business. They said security was not in. Around this time one of the women said she was going to get me banned from Zips lol, I thought that would be odd as I’m pulling up to spend money at the establishment and you’re preventing that so the owner of this company would probably disagree with these two misguided women.
Here is the crazy part, she actually ran into Zips and tried to get me banned, as I walked in she was talking to a bud tender, probably a friend, I walked in and loudly yelled, “I need a manager”. Spoke with the manager but I already had a horrific taste in my mouth and ended up going to GREENER TODAY:SOUTH SEATTLE, much more mellow vibe.
I’ll never go to ANY Zips again, even the Everett location. The women were clearly affiliated with Zips, one of them proudly stated she used to work there smh. I’m a marijuana stores retail customer dream, I spend $40-$60 every two days on disposable vapes for over 7 years, I did the math, I’ve spent over $40K on weed in the last 7-8 years so yeah, when I pull up to a business I expect respect. If this was Starbucks OR ANY NORMAL LEGITIMATE BUSINESS, they would’ve called the cops on these women for disrupting business.
Avoid Zips, it’s in a bad neighborhood with high crime anyway.

Medical card holder I went 2 different times to get my card finalized at the appropriate time and both times I was informed the manager wasn’t trained enough to do the job of medical cards but was told they can and will do it?
Went to evergreen cannabis And walked in and walked out with a well made medical card and laminated. At Zips they are incredibly thirsty for tips but don’t have an knowledge of cannabis or any good recommendations just half naked and bad attitudes lol.
